We are seeking a highly dynamic, visionary candidate to fill a unique and impactful leadership position within our senior living community—one that spans the full continuum of care, including Active Adult (55 )/ Independent Living, Assisted Living, Long-Term Care/Rehabilitation, and Memory Care.
What Will You Do in This Role?
This individual will serve as the driving force behind a comprehensive lifestyle and engagement strategy, responsible for designing and executing daily, monthly, and annual programming that integrates lifestyle, entertainment, education, and cognitive enrichment. Their work will directly elevate the vibrancy, purpose, and joy experienced by residents across all levels of care.
The ideal candidate brings a rare balance of strategic vision and hands-on passion. They will:
- Lead and inspire a team of engagement professionals while fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
- Personally deliver meaningful, high-quality programming that connects with residents on a social, emotional, physical, and cognitive level
- Adapt programming to meet the diverse needs of a multi-generational senior population, including those with varying levels of independence and cognitive ability
- Champion innovative approaches that move beyond traditional activity models into elevated lifestyle experiences
