Role Description
As a Sales & Client Service Supervisor at Grand Lè Mar, you bring a confident sense of style and a natural ability to guide clients toward a wardrobe built on quality, purpose and modern refinement. You combine strong sales instincts with a service mindset rooted in professionalism and authenticity. You read client needs quickly, communicate clearly and move effortlessly between styling, relationship-building and driving business results. Your presence is steady and assured, and you take initiative without waiting to be asked - whether it’s elevating a client experience, motivating the team or identifying opportunities to strengthen performance. In this role you balance hands-on client work with the responsibility of helping shape a focused, high-achieving showroom team. You appreciate craftsmanship and product knowledge and have a strong interest in fabrics and the art of made-to-measure, but you also understand that success comes from execution, accountability and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
What you will do:
- Lead, coach and inspire the showroom team to consistently meet and exceed individual and store-wide sales goals.
- Take ownership of sales performance by actively identifying opportunities, driving client engagement and consistently pushing toward ambitious targets with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Guide clients through the full Grand Lè Mar experience, educating them on fit, construction, styling principles and the made-to-measure process.
- Participate in and support ongoing training programs to strengthen product knowledge, service standards and team development.
- Execute made-to-measure consultations and fittings with accuracy, ensuring a seamless process from measurement to order completion.
- Demonstrate professional salesmanship aligned with brand standards to achieve strong performance metrics.
- Build meaningful, long-term client relationships through personalized service, thoughtful follow-up and a consultative approach.
- Maintain impeccable visual presentation throughout the showroom, ensuring all merchandise reflects Grand Lè Mar’s aesthetic guidelines.
- Oversee operational excellence, supporting stock coordination, appointment preparedness and daily showroom organization.
- Collaborate closely with management and support teams to ensure alignment across training, HR processes and resource utilization.
- Take initiative in problem-solving and decision-making to uphold a consistently elevated client experience.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by showroom leadership.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury retail leadership, high-end clienteling or management within fashion, hospitality or service.
- Naturally driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to take initiative, pursue results and maintain a strong sales mentality in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
- Strong understanding of menswear, tailoring, fabric properties and fit principles; experience with made-to-measure is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients in a refined, thoughtful and confident manner.
- Proven ability to motivate, guide and support a team in a fast-paced luxury environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive in maintaining showroom standards and operational flow.

- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
