Role Description:
As an E-Commerce Logistics & Fulfillment Associate at Grand Lè Mar, you play a key role in ensuring that our U.S. customers receive their orders with accuracy, speed and the premium experience expected from a modern menswear brand. You bring a detail-driven, organized and proactive approach to your work and take pride in maintaining a smooth and reliable fulfillment flow. You are comfortable working hands-on, moving efficiently between packing, inventory management and daily operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, takes responsibility without hesitation and understands the importance of precision and consistency in e-commerce logistics.
What you will do:
- Pick, pack and ship all e-commerce orders for the U.S. market with accuracy, care and brand-aligned presentation.
- Receive, process and organize incoming inventory and restocks.
- Manage returns, exchanges and inspection of products to ensure quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels and support regular inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, structured and efficient fulfillment area at all times.
- Coordinate with the showroom and operations team to ensure up-to-date product availability.
- Prepare packaging materials and supplies to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Assist with reporting on outgoing shipments, delays or discrepancies.
- Follow all shipping, handling and safety procedures to ensure consistent fulfillment performance.
- Support additional logistics or operational needs as assigned by management.
- Work confidently with e-commerce and fulfillment platforms, including shipping software, label-creation tools and carrier systems, to ensure accurate order processing, tracking management and smooth daily logistics operations.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, retail stockroom or logistics is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization.
- Self-motivated, dependable and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting daily priorities.
- Able to lift and move boxes and merchandise as needed.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using shipping platforms or inventory systems.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering a premium customer experience.
- Strong technical proficiency with digital tools and fulfillment platforms (e.g., Shopify, shipping/TA systems, inventory management software), with the ability to navigate, troubleshoot and execute logistics tasks efficiently.
- Full-time availability, including flexibility around busy seasons or product launches.
