We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipping while maintaining high accuracy and productivity standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, teamwork, and staying organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments to meet quality and speed standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, scanners, etc.)
- Perform inventory counts and restock shelves as needed
- Inspect items for damage and verify order accuracy
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines
- Meet daily performance metrics for speed and accuracy
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer or scanner skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

Pay: $24.00 - $28.90 per hour
