Position Summary: To perform the assigned game as per company policy.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
- Conducts the game per company policy.
- Makes payoffs and handles other customer table action.
- Controls speed of the game.
- Ability/availability to work Casino hours – 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year
Candidate will need to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission License.
All potential candidates are required to attend the Grand Island Casino Resort dealer training. Dealer training pays $15.00 per hour, which includes premium pay.
