What You'll Do:
During paid training, participants will:
- Attend scheduled classroom and hands-on training sessions
- Learn casino table game rules and procedures
- Develop accuracy, speed, and confidence in game operation
- Practice customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity
- Prepare for auditions and employment opportunities as a Table Games Dealer
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift to include nights and weekends
- Must be able to have a good relationship with co-workers and work as a team
- Must present a well-groomed appearance
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Able to perform basic math calculations.
- Able to work in an environment with varying noise levels and bright flashing lights.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required gaming licenses
- Ability to stand for extended periods and use manual dexterity
