The Bartender is responsible for the preparing & serving of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages in the gaming & non-gaming areas of the Casino under the rules & regulations of government and Casino standards.

Essential Functions:

  • Detailed Work Activities:
  • Monitor alcohol consumption of guests
  • Up sell at every opportunity (offer additional product)
  • Follow assigned side work daily & weekly
  • Maintain service standards
  • Ensure compliance with rules, regulations & guidelines
  • Monitor & maintain all outlet sanitation, storage & rotation of inventory
  • Maintain quality & organization of beverage service for assigned bar.


Required:

  • Alcohol Awareness Certified through TIPS
  • Must work evenings and weekends.
