What are the responsibilities and job description for the Millwright Project Manager position at Grand Industrial LLC?
Lead and manage industrial maintenance & construction projects from estimate through completion
- Perform cost estimating, bidding, and project planning
- Oversee multi-craft scopes including:
Millwright work
Rigging & equipment setting
Steel fabrication & installation
Process piping systems
- Coordinate labor, materials, and schedules to meet project deadlines
- Serve as the primary point of contact between field teams, clients, and leadership
- Develop and maintain customer relationships and help source new work opportunities
- Recruit, mentor, and build high-performing field teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations
