The Culinary Supervisor must have understanding of kitchen operations within the hotel and be able to supervise the Banquets and Restaurant kitchens. - Culinary leadership skills
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Monitoring and processing payroll costs and overtime
- Knowledge of ordering and working with the Purchasing team to fulfill needed requisitions
- Resourceful, able to make decisions thoughtfully and promptly

Qualifications
- (4) years of previous line experience preferred, in banquet and restaurant kitchens
- Culinary leadership experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
- Experience in high-volume kitchens, including fine dining and/or From Scratch cooking
- Candidates should be able to perform all basic, intermediate, and advanced cooking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, while standing/walking for long periods of time
- Ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen
- Ability to lift/push/pull a moderate amount of weight
- Strong communication skills
- Open schedule flexibility to include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays required
- Understanding of food safety standards
- Must have Food Handler’s Card
