Must have 3-5 year experience working on plastic injection molding machines.
Set up and operate plastics injection molding machines according to production schedules and specifications.
Monitor machine performance and product quality, making adjustments as necessary to maintain standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Document production data, machine settings, and any issues encountered during the shift.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and resolve production challenges.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in plastics injection molding or a manufacturing environment required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight hours.
