Pay range (1950 annual hours): $59,175.29 - $89,507.94
This position is responsible for managing and directing the work of Human Services Economic Security Eligibility Specialists and Support Staff of Grand and Jackson counties. Please see job description for additional duties.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university required with major coursework appropriate to the position preferred; and five (5) years of related experience including two (2) years of related supervisory or leadership experience and/or training and three (3) years of experience determining eligibility for public assistance programs; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual proficiency, both written and verbal, in Spanish and experience working with the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS), preferred.

- Eligible for hiring incentive pay in the amount of $5,000.00 ($2500 paid after 6 months in position, $2500 paid after 2 years in position).
