What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hybrid Executive Assistant and Office Manager position at Rifle Regional Economic Development Corp.?
We are seeking an organized, personable, and proactive Part-Time RREDC Assistant and Coworking Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming and professional environment for members, guests, and visitors. This role includes managing administrative tasks, coordinating events and activities, and ensuring the coworking space operates efficiently and smoothly. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
RREDC Board Administration and Support
- Schedule and execute boards meetings
- Create meeting agendas and document meeting minutes
- Maintain communications for the organization
- Make operational recommendations and participate in strategic planning
- Serve as the RREDC representative at economic development, community and partner organization meetings
- Create Annual Report
Financial and Asset Management
- Manage the financial and physical assts of the organization including cash, contributions, other receivables, payables, office equipment and facilities
- Identify and solicit grant opportunities and other alternative funding sources
- Manage accounts as the fiscal agent for RAMBO (Rifle Area Mountain Biking Organization)
- Coordinate checks for bill payments with bookkeeper
- Receive from bookkeeper and disseminate to stakeholders’ monthly financials
- Disseminate monthly bank statements with descriptions of transactions to RAMBO and CRVEDP. Disseminate to the bookkeeper transaction details for each account (RAMBO, CRVEDP, RREDC) to the bookkeeper
- Create budget for upcoming year
Investor Relations
- Invoice investors and maintain record of investment
Rifle CoWork Management
- Manage daily operations of the cowork including member support and upkeep of the facility
- Create media campaigns supplying members with important information and upcoming events
- Create marketing campaigns to build memberships
- Host events
- Maintain operational budget
- Handle member onboarding, tours and membership inquiries
- Troubleshoot minor facility or technology issues
- Coordinate with vendors, cleaning staff and maintenance providers
- Monitor inventory and order office, restroom and break area supplies as needed
- Enforce coworking policies and ensure a positive member experience
