The base salary range for this role is $150,000 – $160,000 annually for employees based in Boston, MA. What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end implementations of marketing technology platforms, including Adobe Campaign (v7/v8) and Marketer Studio.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear project scopes, milestones, and deliverables.
- Build and manage detailed project plans—overseeing timelines, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation.
- Partner with Marketing, IT, Data/Analytics, and Engineering to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment on scope, performance, and contractual obligations.
- Oversee UAT, training, go-live, and post-launch optimization to ensure adoption and business impact.
- Ensure data governance, compliance, and integration standards across all platforms and workflows.
- Monitor project KPIs, vendor SLAs, and report on outcomes to leadership.
- Stay ahead of MarTech trends, recommending new tools and process improvements that enhance campaign effectiveness and scalability.
- 5 years of project management experience in digital marketing or MarTech environments.
- Proven track record implementing ESP or CMS systems—experience with Adobe Campaign and Marketer Studio strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of marketing automation, CRM integrations, customer journeys, and personalization.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Workfront, or similar).
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor partnerships.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification.
- Experience with additional platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Oracle Eloqua).
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on MarTech systems.
