Key Responsibilities
Employee Experience Support
- Assist in implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Serve as a resource for employees, answering general People & Culture inquiries.
- Coordinate logistics for open enrollment sessions and other benefits-related events.
- Prepare and distribute benefits communication materials and assets.
- Support administrative tasks related to benefits programs.
- Assist with administrative processes for performance reviews, including scheduling and tracking completion.
- Provide logistical support for training programs and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for talent management activities.
- Pitch in on ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth department operations.
- Provide front desk coverage during breaks as needed
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
