What You’ll Do
Champion Excellence: Drive global quality standards, ensuring consistent traveler experiences and 89% overall excellence across assigned regions and products. Lead Through Influence: Partner with regional leaders to identify performance gaps, coach for results, and hold teams accountable for measurable improvement. Use Data to Drive Action: Analyze post-trip surveys, KPIs, and performance data to uncover trends and guide operational decisions. Strengthen TEL & PD Management: Oversee utilization, staffing, and coaching strategies to maximize top talent deployment and maintain <10% Level 3 utilization.Prepare for Growth: Support 2025/2026 new product launches—review documentation, track milestones, and ensure flawless readiness and execution. Collaborate Globally: Build strong relationships across regions and HQ to align strategy, share insights, and promote decisive, high-impact action.

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 – $90,000 annually for employees based in Boston, MA. The base salary range for this role is $80,000 – $90,000 annually for employees based in Boston, MA.
