Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced and detailed-oriented Online Sales Associate to join our growing team. This position focuses exclusively on converting inbound online leads into sales, from initial inquiry to closing, while delivering a world-class customer experience. The role is based entirely in our Dallas office and is not remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage promptly with inbound leads from our website, marketplace platforms, and online advertising
- Provide personalized consultations via phone, email, and live chat to guide clients through purchase decisions
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM
- Nurture relationships with prospective clients to maximize conversion rates
- Collaborate with internal teams regarding authentication, service, logistics to ensure smooth transactions
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and conversion goals
- Represent Grand Caliber with professionalism in every client interaction
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of luxury retail sales experience or online sales
- Proven track record of converting online leads into closed sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for digital and phone-based sales
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in CRM documentation
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of luxury watch brands such as Rolex, Omega, Cartier, and Patek Philippe
- Experience with CRM systems and digital sales platforms
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
