Swartz Creek Middle School is looking for a caring, dedicated individual to join our team. As an SSP, you’ll help facilitate our intervention room, supporting students with academic, emotional, and behavioral needs. This role is key in assisting teachers and staff with behavior intervention plans, using de-escalation strategies, and helping students build proactive coping skills. You’ll also work closely with counselors to implement required EDPs for middle school students and receive training on related technology tools.
