Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $80,700.00$134,500.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 15 %, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

The pay range provided above is not a guarantee of compensation. The range reflects the potential base pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.

Position Details

The Manager, Branch Network is accountable for all service related and operational objectives for the branch. Ensures execution of the Branch Network strategic vision and objectives through demonstrated leadership in the areas of talent excellence, service, and cost to serve.

You Will

  • Oversee a team of 9 employees with authority to hire and performance manage the team by ensure goals are set and monitored. Create an environment where employees are engaged, empowered, enthusiastic and committed to the success of the company by encouraging diverse thoughts and ideas.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development to team members ensuring everyone is treated fairly and with respect. This includes interviewing and training, assign and direct work, performance evaluations, and recognition and performance management.
  • Understand the competitive landscape, its impact on the local market and develop strategies to gain market share and reduce loss of current market share.
  • Oversee operational performance and support all sales growth, Inventory Solutions profitability strategies, and other plans in partnership with Account Managers,
  • Balance operating expenses with higher level of service, while looking for ways to improve processes and remove non-value added activities. Monitor controllable expenses to achieve the assigned expense target.
  • Promote district/region related programs and create an environment that promotes teamwork.

You Have

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1 years management experience required
  • Project management, planning, and facilitation skills.
