We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Manager to join our team. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing all inventory control processes and ensuring our warehouse operates with maximum efficiency and accuracy. You will be assisting with shipping/receiving truck tires, so strength is critical. Some truck tires will weigh 150 lbs.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily inventory operations, inventory ordering, receiving, tracking, and auditing stock levels
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to reduce shrinkage and improve accuracy
Maintaining relationships with suppliers
Assist store locations and outside sales team
Lead and train warehouse staff in inventory handling and best practices
Weekly inventory count cycles
Collaborate with purchasing and sales departments to forecast demand and adjust inventory accordingly
Maintain accurate records using inventory management software and generate regular reports
Qualifications
Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a related field
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Familiarity with warehouse management systems basic Microsoft Excel functions
Ability to lead a team and maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Valid drivers license and be insurable, no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
Strong customer service skills
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Team player
Willingness to master truck tire inventory
Must follow policies, procedures, and rigorous safety protocols for us as well as our customers
