Key Responsibilities
- Support SCIF/collateral compliance and documentation (FFC, inspection reports, accreditation memos).
- Maintain records, databases, and community systems (e.g., IC SCIF db; PeopleSoft equivalents).
- Prepare/administer briefings, SOPs, and training materials; generate metrics and weekly activity reports.
- Coordinate with customer/DoD/IC stakeholders; support site visits and trip reports.
- Perform prolonged standing/walking; lift 50 lbs as needed.
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
- Minimum of 2 years in any security discipline with experience writing security reports and giving briefings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to stand/walk/climb for extended periods.
- SFPC, ICD-705 SCIF course; FFC familiarity.
- Experience using an IC SCIF database; risk assessments.
