Engineering Project Manager – Manufacturing
Location: Danville, VA
Salary: $75,000 – $95,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the safe, effective, and timely implementation of capital investment projects at the factory.
- Manage global suppliers to deliver cost-effective and innovative solutions.
- Partner with international teams across engineering, EHS, procurement, and product development.
- Prepare and justify budgets, including ROI calculations and CapEx planning.
- Create and manage purchase orders in SAP; oversee supplier payments.
- Present monthly and annual budgets to the Engineering Manager.
- Ensure building and utilities equipment meet current and future operational needs for efficiency and capacity utilization.
- Support IWS (Integrated Work Systems) implementation and sustainability.
- Lead asset management activities (EAM, put-in-use schedule, write-offs).
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience managing capital investments and CapEx budgets.
- Background in maintenance management within industrial manufacturing.
- Knowledge of machinery, building & utilities standards, and EHS.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; SAP knowledge a plus.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
