Responsibilities:

Receive and enter orders via phone or email

Confirm order receipt and projected ship dates
*
Respond to customer inquiries
*
Review orders for accuracy and maintain records
*
Track order status and report to customers
*
Retrieve POs and invoices from customer websites
*
Multitask, prioritize, and support team goals
*
Follow regulatory and company training programs
Qualifications:
*
High school diploma
*
Typing 40 WPM
*
Strong written and verbal communication skills
*
Customer service oriented with attention to detail
*
Basic computer skills; ability to work independently
*
Maintain confidentiality and make timely decisions
Preferred:
*
Prior customer service or accounting experience
*
Experience with Vicinity or Business Central
Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods
*
Ability to work in a chemical manufacturing environment
