Title of position: Maintenance Custodial Worker

Annual Salary: $38,788
Location: Graham County Maintenance

Description of responsibilities:
· Sweeps, mops and waxes floors, corridors, halls, and stairways.
· Cleans washbowls and drinking fountains.
· Replenishes supplies.
· Dusts and polishes woodwork, chairs, and other furniture.
· Vacuums rugs and buffs floors.
· Cleans windows.
· Changes lightbulbs.
· Repairs plumbing.
· Assembles and moves furniture.
· Organizes supplies.
· Removes rubbish and wastepaper from buildings and grounds.
· Performs minor maintenance on a variety of objects, including repair of locks, replacement of electric fixtures, routine painting, remodeling, new irrigation, floor renovation, new installs for lights and fixtures.
· Mows grass, trims shrubs, waters lawn, plants flowers, and controls weeds on county grounds.
· Performs other duties as required.
Required experience: The ideal candidate will have knowledge of cleaning practices, supplies, equipment, landscaping, and grounds maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications: Any combination of experience or training which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, preferably including some experience in minor maintenance; possession of a valid Arizona driver’s license with a history of safe driving and the ability to maintain a safe driving record.
