Overview
Join our team of compassionate professionals dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities! As a Client Care Pro (CCP), you’ll work directly with clients to deliver meaningful, one-on-one support services under the supervision of a BCBA. We are looking for team members who are patient, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference. This role offers hands-on experience in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA), and provides training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized behavior support services to assigned clients
Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA
Support clients who may display challenging behaviors, including but not limited to aggression (e.g., hitting, biting, kicking, scratching, or verbal outbursts)
Participate in training on behavior management and safety strategies
Collect and record data on client progress using established tools and procedures
Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to review and discuss data and client needs
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive, client-centered approach at all times
Qualifications
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities a plus
Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and supportive during challenging situations
Interest or experience in ABA and behavior therapy is a plus
Experience collecting and analyzing behavior data is a bonus
Must be reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
