Duties:- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk- Collect and update client information, including medical history and client information- Assist with filing and organizing paperwork- Provide basic information to clients regarding pet care and veterinary services- Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth workflow- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area- Fill prescriptions for patients, knowledge of medications a plus- Must be able to lift 40 lbsRequirements:- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
