General Dentist Opportunity – Two Career Paths Available
As our offices continue to grow, we are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a general dentist. This position can be tailored to fit where you are in your career and where you want to go next.
We are currently hiring for one of two available roles:
Option 1: Associate Dentist – Grafton Family Dentistry
Join Grafton Family Dentistry, a well-established, newly built, highly productive office in Grafton, WV. This is a busy, modern practice with strong systems, an experienced team, and a patient base ready for the right provider to step in and succeed.
This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who wants to grow clinically, work alongside an impressive dental team, and join a practice that is already set up for success. With the support, systems, technology, and patient flow already in place, this role offers strong earning potential from the start.
Option 2: Lead Provider – Market Street Dental Studio
Join Market Street Dental Studio in Fairmont, WV as the lead provider in a newly acquired, well-established office with a strong reputation in the community. This role offers a true leadership opportunity with significant growth potential.
While the office is already successful, we plan to expand the team, grow the services offered, and continue building on its strong foundation. The lead provider will have the opportunity to help shape the future of the practice and make it their own.
For the right person, this position also includes a potential ownership opportunity, making it an ideal next step for someone interested in practice ownership while still having clinical, operational, and financial support.
