Includes every other weekend and every other holiday
Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, responsible for providing continuous and ongoing restorative care and treatment services to residents as ordered by the Physician, Occupational Therapist and/or Physical Therapist.
Must be licensed as a Nursing Assistant by the State of New Hampshire. Duties require knowledge of restorative rehabilitation services. Must be thoroughly oriented to all facility policies and agree to comply with all facility policies. Must attend mandatory in-services and retain license with the State of New Hampshire.
