Licensed Esthetician and Lash Tech

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and professional Licensed Esthetician and Lash Tech to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. In this role, you will provide a wide range of esthetic and lash services, including facials, eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and other advanced treatments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a relaxing and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Perform esthetic services such as facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, body waxing, and skin treatments using advanced esthetic laser technology.
• Apply eyelash extensions with precision to enhance clients' natural lashes.
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and beauty treatments aligned with client needs.
• Utilize salon management software such as Millennium, MINDBODY, and salon software systems to schedule appointments and maintain client records.
• Handle front desk duties including guest services, appointment booking, and payment processing.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and sanitation protocols in accordance with industry regulations.
• Manage social media accounts for marketing promotions, product demos, and engaging with clients online.
• Upsell additional services or products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in esthetics, makeup application, hair styling, nail care, and med spa treatments such as botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician license; with experience as a lash technician required.
• Proven experience with esthetic treatments, eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures.
• Strong management skills including familiarity with salon management systems like Millennium or MINDBODY.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest services and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a spa or salon environment.
• Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, social media management for marketing purposes, and product demonstrations. .
