Job Responsibilities:

◦ Finalize regular seasonal drink list

◦ Create a drink recipe guide sheet for staff

◦ Create, documentation and photograph every drink menu item

◦ Definitely do food safety handler class

◦ Maybe do food safety manager class

◦ Menu board

◦ Take class/ setup or lead barista class for staff

◦ Seasonal specialty drinks

◦ Create item and vendor sheet in excel for drinks and bar menu

◦ Order needed equipment

◦ maintain and clean all barista equipment: espresso machines, grinders, refrigeration

General Responsibilities

◦ Developing drink list, and training staff in proper preparation of the drinks

◦ Ensuring proper inventory is kept of supplies and product

◦ Leading hiring process for all new FOH staff, including baristas and cashiers. All hiring must be approved by ownership.

◦ Develop weekly drink specials and seasonal drinks

◦ Lead monthly classes for staff on proper barista techniques

◦ Updating POS as needed, with price changes, menu updates, online menu changes, gift card mgmt

◦ integration partner management- working with DoorDash, Grubhub, etc

◦ Training new hires on company policies and procedures

◦ Upholding staff to the standards and policies of the company

Last line of defense operationally for barista shifts- managing call outs and gaps in scheduling.

◦ Contributing to the positive culture by spearheading employee engagement initiatives, group outings,

◦ Maintain cleanliness standards of bar, FOH, patio, parking lot and all guest facilities

Qualifications:
- extensive barista and coffee program knowledge.

Previous experience as manager in a customer service or food service role is equired
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple customer orders simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
