Dishwasher / Food Prep Team Member
Grafik Coffee is seeking a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher/Food Prep Team Member to join our café and bakery team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is interested in learning kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Assist with food preparation, including portioning ingredients, preparing sandwich stations, and stocking products
- Learn menu items and assist with food assembly during service as needed
- Restock supplies and assist with kitchen opening and closing duties
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods and cover line responsibilities when needed
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Willingness to learn food preparation and line operations
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is helpful but not required
