We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the liaison between our customers and the service department, helping ensure each vehicle receives timely, high-quality maintenance and repairs. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Clearly understand and document customer service needs and vehicle symptoms
- Create accurate repair orders and work estimates using the dealership’s system
- Communicate service recommendations and updates effectively to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Monitor the progress of customer vehicles through the service process
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, warranties, and promotions
- Manage and close repair orders and process payments
- Ensure a clean and organized service reception area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Technical degree preferred)
- 1 years of customer service or service advisor experience (automotive preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and repair terminology (a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
