Service Advisor – High-Performance Auto Repair Shop
Location: Saginaw, MI
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team in Saginaw. This is a key role in a fast-moving, high-performing shop where communication, urgency, and execution matter.
You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in doing things right. We operate with high standards, strong accountability, and a focus on delivering real value to our customers.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Parts Coordination
Order and receive parts quickly and accurately
Work with vendors to ensure correct pricing and on-time delivery
Manage returns, cores, and warranty parts
Service Advising
Greet customers professionally and build trust from the start
Write clear, accurate repair orders that set technicians up for success
Present and sell recommended services through education, not pressure
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Confirm appointments and follow up on declined work
Workflow and Performance
Support technicians and management by keeping work flowing efficiently
Help coordinate dispatching and repair order progress
Drive key performance metrics including closing ratio, average repair order, and overall production
What You Bring
At least 1 year of experience as a service advisor or in a parts role
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment without losing accuracy
Clear, confident communication skills
Comfortable using shop software and basic computer systems
Valid driver’s license
Team-first attitude with a strong work ethic
Compensation and Benefits
Base pay plus performance bonuses tied to production and gross profit
Top performers earn $60,000 – $100,000
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends
