Shop & Facilities Support Coordinator

Position Summary

ProCoil is seeking a dependable, hands-on Shop & Facilities Support Coordinator to support daily operations at our yard and shop. This role combines shop support, facility upkeep, organization, and parts/material logistics. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

This is a physically active, operational support position critical to keeping shop and field operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up parts, tools, materials, and supplies from vendors as needed
• Deliver parts and materials to field mechanics and job sites when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop, yard, and facility
• Organize and manage the parts connex, storage areas, and shop inventory
• Ensure common areas, workspaces, and yard areas remain clean and operationally ready
• Assist in maintaining workflow efficiency by keeping work areas clear and organized
• Perform light facility support tasks including trash removal, minor repairs, and general upkeep
• Support shop and operations management with miscellaneous daily operational needs
• Serve as a general utility support role to help maintain a safe, professional, and efficient work environment

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to operate company vehicles for parts and supply pickups
• Ability to lift and move parts and materials as needed
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Prior experience in shop, warehouse, yard, or facility support preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
• Ability to work in a shop and outdoor yard environment
