We are seeking a full-time Controller to oversee the financial operations of Grady Memorial Hospital. This is an on-site role based in Chickasha, OK. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting; ensuring compliance with financial regulations; supervising accounting teams; preparing financial statements; and analyzing financial data to drive informed decision-making. The Controller will also develop and maintain internal controls, streamline accounting processes, and collaborate with various teams for effective financial management.

• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in accounting principles, internal controls, and financial compliance
• Leadership experience in managing and mentoring accounting teams
• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis and data interpretation
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA designation preferred)
• Prior experience in the healthcare sector or hospital finance is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
