Job Summary
- Evaluates and estimates daily assignments given to ensure time constraints are met for patient satisfaction.
- Applies paint to small assignments when needed.
- Performs some minor HVAC repairs when required.
- Adheres to all NFPA and Life Safety measures OSHA guidelines.
- Understands and knows how to read blue prints.
- Prepares work surfaces and areas, removes some furniture equipment, shelving, and other items associated with maintenance to ensure repairs are made correctly.
- Consistent at all times with teamwork and values of patients and organizational goals.
- Provides written and oral information.
- Additional duties as requested
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience
- Valid Drivers License
- Healthcare experience preferred
