Your Role:
We are seeking a skilled, organized, and dependable Sous Chef to contribute to daily kitchen operations at a fraternity/sorority house, serving live-in student residents. This full-time role involves preparing meals, assisting the Chef, ensuring food quality and kitchen organization, and other necessary tasks to execute service. Responsibilities include helping maintain standards and workflow, while communicating with the head Chef and keeping a positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support the Head Chef in planning and executing weekly menus
- Assist in preparing and executing high-quality food while accommodating chapter needs, dietary restrictions, seasonality, and local ingredients
- Help manage daily kitchen operations
- Assist in overseeing kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Assist with maintaining kitchen policies, procedures, and standards
- Support inventory management, stocking, and organization when needed
- Maintain a professional, positive, and team-focused attitude
- Job duties may change as operational needs evolve
