What You’ll Do:

• Visit customer homes and businesses to provide pest management services.
• Conduct inspections, identify pest issues, and carry out treatment plans using safe, effective products and practices.
• Communicate with and educate customers on what you’re doing and how it helps them.
• Maintain detailed records using mobile software (we’ll train you).
• Collaborate with the team and uphold company standards of professionalism and care.

What the Work is Really Like:

• You’ll work independently most days.
• Some days are physically demanding.
• You’ll occasionally work in tight spaces or outdoors in New England weather.
• Busy season can require overtime.
• Customers depend on you – and that responsibility matters.

Requirements:

• Strong track record of dependability and punctuality.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using a tablet and learning mobile apps for reporting.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Preferred But Not Required:

• Prior experience in pest control, field service, landscaping, or similar.
• MA or CT Pesticide License (we provide training and help you get certified).

• Do you have at least 1* year of *Licensed Pesticide Technician experience?
• Do you have the following license or certification: MA and CT Pesticide Applicator License?

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Pest Control Technician: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CT and/or MA Pesticide Applicator Licence (Preferred)
