Ascentium Insurance Solutions provide Financial Service Providers and their Licensed Agents with resources to market and sell Medicare products. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading Medicare sales and operations, ensuring CMS compliance, developing partnerships, and serving as a key liaison across Gradient companies and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
Lead & Grow the Medicare Division
- Lead and expand the Medicare division within Gradient, overseeing both sales and operational functions.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow Medicare production through recruiting, training, partnerships, and agent support.
- Drive productivity and performance while maintaining a strong compliance-first culture aligned with CMS regulations.
- Provide direction, coaching, and ongoing support to team members.
Serve as a Strategic Liaison
- Act as the primary corporate liaison between Ascentium and other Gradient companies.
- Build and manage strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication, alignment, and collaboration across departments.
Sales, Operations & Compliance Leadership
- Oversee Medicare sales processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, Medicare certifications, and AHIP standards.
- Establish, document, and maintain organized systems for internal and external resources, correspondence, and documentation.
What You Bring to the Table
- 5 years of progressive experience in Medicare, insurance, or a closely related field, with a strong understanding of Medicare sales, operations, and compliance.
- A passion for motivating others, closing deals, and building relationships
- Background working within an IMO/FMO
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience leading, coaching, or influencing teams to drive productivity and performance
