Job Summary
We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Kitchen Staff to support daily operations in our coffee shop! This role is essential in keeping the kitchen running smoothly by assisting with food prep, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting both opening and closing duties.
Duties
- Assist with food preparation (sandwiches, burritos, pastries, toasts)
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout shifts
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, prep areas, and equipment
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools promptly
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support opening duties (prep ingredients, set up stations) and/or closing duties (cleaning, restocking, securing kitchen)
- Work closely with baristas and team members to ensure efficient service
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items
- Availability for early morning (openers) and/or evening (closers), including weekends
- Food Handler Certification
