Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a dynamic logistics environment. This role involves coordinating administrative functions, supporting supervision activities, and ensuring smooth operational workflow. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and multitasking skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Support
- Support supervision of operational staff and dispatch office functions
- Monitor workflow and assist in resolving operational issues as they arise
- Coordinate administrative aspects of line handling and scheduling operations
- Maintain operational documentation and records
Safety & Compliance Administration
- Assist in maintaining workplace safety documentation and records
- Support safety meeting coordination and inspection documentation
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Customer Relations Support
- Serve as administrative point of contact for customer inquiries
- Assist in resolving customer issues and maintaining service documentation
- Support customer meeting preparation and follow-up activities
Administrative Functions
- Assist with billing processes and invoice review
- Support payroll processing through timekeeping verification
- Coordinate with HR/payroll departments as needed
- Maintain office systems and procedural documentation
