NOW HIRING – BOOKKEEPER

Grace Point Construction LLC is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working in a construction or contracting environment.

PAY

$28.00 – $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain accurate financial and bookkeeping records
• Enter and categorize transactions
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and process customer and subcontractor invoices
• Track payments, expenses, and outstanding balances
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Assist with payroll and employee records
• Maintain organized financial files and documentation
• Assist with monthly and year-end financial reporting
• Track project-related costs and expenses
• Work with management and accounting professionals as needed
• Ensure records are accurate and up to date

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous bookkeeping experience required
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
