Our brands include Votivo, Greenleaf, Bridgewater Candle Company, and The WillowBrook Company and Audreys. We hire talented, motivated, fun and friendly people, and are currently looking to fill the position of Showroom Manager.
Summary: The Showroom Manager will be responsible for show planning, preparation and execution of all show environments for the GRACE fragrance brands & Audrey’s, which currently includes Atlanta and Dallas. This position will work out of the Atlanta showroom.
RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
- Work with Brand Creative Manager to develop the visual merchandising plan for the showroom including space allocation, samples and fixtures.
- Responsible for the execution of the visual merchandise plan.
- Responsible for budget planning and expense tracking.
- Manage Showroom Workers – Hire & Train, if needed.
- Coordinate storage and consolidation of samples and props.
- Plan and coordinate market set-up.
- Coordinate product shipments.
- Create and develop show signage.
- Coordinate food and beverage related services for market.
- Direct freelance display help or contractors in preparing merchandise displays.
- Works trade shows to ensure an exception customer and brand experience is delivered.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prefer a minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail management such as a Department Manager, Assistant or Store Manager, or wholesale experience as a Showroom Manager.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent creative abilities, strong organizational skills and an eye for detail and get-it-done attitude.
- Must be able to work on a ladder and be able to bend, lift, push, pull and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to use power tools safely and efficiently, i.e., drill, hammer, screwdriver, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and oral presentation.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to travel
- Must live in Atlanta area
