Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role goes beyond dialing calls — it’s about building partnerships, understanding customer needs, and driving meaningful sales growth. Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Account Development
- Proactively reach out to potential and existing retailers to understand their business needs, introduce new collections, and grow order volume.
- Convert leads into long-term customers by providing personalized support and recommendations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals through a mix of prospecting, upselling, and relationship management.
Pipeline & Prospect Management
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through phone outreach, digital communication, and social media engagement.
- Manage customer records and follow-ups in the CRM system to ensure consistent communication and visibility.
Customer Experience & Partnership Building
- Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects Audrey’s commitment to partnership and value.
- Act as a trusted advisor to retailers by recommending best sellers, trending products, and marketing support.
- Represent Audrey’s brand values at trade shows and market events, working with customers to write orders and build future sales.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide timely reporting on sales activity, pipeline progress, and goal achievement.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and team training sessions focused on skill development and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of sales experience (inside sales, retail B2B, or account management) with a track record of exceeding goals.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent phone, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment focused on measurable outcomes — not just call volume.
