CNA's earn $22.50/hour Evening, Night, and Weekend Differentials.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Displays compliance with Federal, State, and local agencies as well as industry organizations, agencies and partners.
- Provide direct resident care, performing basic nursing skills as assigned in accordance to current aide training curriculum.
- Complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Identify special resident problems, safety hazards and emergency situations and report them immediately to the Unit Manager/Shift Supervisor.
- Review Care Plans and perform the nursing care as outlined. Participate in resident care conferences, and assist in the revision of the plan of care when appropriate.
- Document accurately in Point Click Care and accurately complete Resident care forms.
- Follow Rockhill's process for admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.
- Assist in the delivery of Restorative Nursing Process in accordance with Rockhill's procedures.
- Adhere to all infection control procedures and process.
- Participate in the orientation of new CNA's to Rockhill.
- Serve on committees or special projects as directed by the Unit Manager/Shift Supervisor.
- Perform other related duties as directed by the Unit Manager/Shift Supervisor, ADON and DON.
- Adheres to the Values and Expectations statement and element of the compliance program.
- Adheres to the Organizations Policies and Procedures covering Privacy and Security in Compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Possess the ability to follow directives and work with an attitude of cooperation and a willingness to learn.
- Possess the ability to deliver quality customer service in a positive and respectful manner.
- Possess the desire to care for the elderly.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with residents, family members and fellow team members.
- Possess the ability to obtain proficiency with newly acquired skills and procedures.
- Possess the ability to follow directives.
- Possess the ability to prioritize tasks according to resident needs.
- Possess the ability to work with an attitude of cooperation and willingness to learn.
- Attend meetings and complete Relias in-services as required.
