Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Monitor client health by observing Client condition
- Stand By Assistance within Arms Reach
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning tasks and infection control practices
- Support residents with cognitive impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer's by implementing memory care strategies and providing companionship
- Document care activities meticulously in compliance with healthcare standards and care plans
- Engage in patient observation to identify changes in condition or behavior that may require medical attention
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop, implement, and update personalized care plans
Experience
- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, home health care, or group homes is highly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and vital signs measurement
- Hands-on experience with Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, memory support, or hospice care is advantageous
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism enhances caregiving effectiveness
- TB test must be done prior to Hiring
