WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a CHHA with Grace, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients wherever they call home, including:
- Personal care, bathing, grooming and activities of daily living
- Comfort, safety and mobility support
- Observing and communicating changes in patient condition
- Providing the reassuring presence patients and families deserve
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Current New Jersey CHHA certification
- [Experience requirement]
- [Valid driver's license/reliable transportation, if required]
- A compassionate, dependable approach to care
