• Collect and document patient medical histories, vital signs, and current health conditions accurately using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Support patient education initiatives by providing health information and instructions on post-procedure care or medication adherence.
• Perform manual handling tasks such as positioning patients for procedures or transfers while ensuring safety standards are met.
• Report patient conditions promptly to medical staff, ensuring accurate medical documentation and effective communication of clinical findings.
• Manage administrative duties including appointment scheduling, obtaining vital signs, sending referrals, maintaining medical records, and assisting with insurance or billing processes as needed.

Skills

• Proven experience in clinic setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, nursing practices, and medical documentation standards.
• Skilled in EMR/EHR management with the ability to navigate electronic health records efficiently.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex health information clearly and empathetically.
