What are the responsibilities and job description for the Visual Merchandising & Retail Experience Manager position at GRACE+EMMA?
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)
Schedule: 4 days/week working from either one of our two stores, our Carrollton office, or at trade shows. Travel is required for trade shows.
GRACE EMMA is a women's lifestyle brand creating apparel, gifts, and accessories designed to celebrate everyday moments. We're looking for a creative visual merchandiser to help bring our brand to life across our two retail stores, trade show spaces, and wholesale partners.
- Merchandise and maintain our two retail stores
- Create seasonal floor sets and product storytelling
- Develop store planograms and merchandising guides
- Design trade show layouts and displays
- Create planograms and merchandising concepts for wholesale retailers dedicating space to GRACE EMMA
- Design jewelry, gift, and accessory displays that can be manufactured overseas
- Partner with Design and Marketing to launch cohesive collections in retail environments
- Research new merchandising trends and retail experiences
- Experience in visual merchandising, retail merchandising, or store planning
- Strong eye for color, presentation, and customer flow
- Ability to create planograms and retail layouts
- Comfortable collaborating with overseas manufacturers on display fixtures
- Willingness to travel for trade shows
- Passion for creating retail experiences that inspire customers and drive sales
