- Direct the Grand Opening of the store, including the set-up and the day of events
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the McKinney boutique
- Recruit, coach, and inspire an incredible team
- Create an exceptional customer experience every day
- Merchandise the store to keep it fresh, inspiring, and on-brand
- Coordinate community events and partnerships throughout Downtown McKinney
- Organize profit-share nights with local schools and organizations
- Manage inventory and oversee restocks from our distribution center
- Grow and maintain the store's Instagram presence
- Help make GRACE EMMA the most loved boutique in McKinney
- Retail leadership and merchandising experience
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A creative eye with attention to detail
- A heart for serving people and building community
- Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays (other weekend availability is a plus)
