Job Title: Church Planning Center Administrator
Direct Report: IT Director and Director of Staff Support
Role Commitment: 40 Hours

- Be highly proficient in Planning Center Online, especially People, Services and Check-Ins. (2 years of experience preferred) *Proficiency will be assessed upon interview.
Responsibilities: May Include...
- General Duties:
- Troubleshoot Planning Center issues for staff.
- Train staff members on use of Planning Center Apps and optimizations.
- Keep up with PCO updates and communicate the necessary changes with the appropriate departments.
- Manage all PCO permissions and database security
- Help departments create forms and workflows and help create new processes for more efficient use of PCO.
- PCO database cleanup and maintenance
- Manage and maintain smooth functioning of PCO Check-Ins and Services during weekend services and events.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- All else as assigned by executive leadership
- Attend monthly staff meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
